Amuro Namie is the most successful JPOP artist of all time. Namie started her career as part of a group called the Super Monkeys. They later developed into Namie Amuro and the Super Monkey’s. The group got their breakout hit with the song “Try Me”. Later on Namie Amuro broke out of the group to pursue a solo career and she never looked back. She broke out with her debut album Sweet 19 Blues. Her popularity grew exponentially and she was soon crowned as the Queen of Japanese Popular music. Recently Namie has reinvented herself with a new sound and is just as popular now as she ever was.

Amuro then launched hit after hit and the rest is history.
